How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

How will I know my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll make it right.
