Refund Policy

At Little Fetch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., pet food or treats)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
